Week 1: Achieving Balance: Healthy Eating After Treatment
Explore the fundamentals of balanced eating after treatment. We'll debunk common myths, examine portion sizes, and learn how to approach nutrition in a way that supports your recovery and overall well-being
Week 2: Crafting Balanced Meals and Planning Ahead
This week, we’ll focus on mastering the art of creating balanced meals that nourish your body and fit your lifestyle. You’ll also learn practical techniques for planning meals for the week ahead. To put it all into practice, we’ll finish with an interactive cook-along session!
Week 3: Overcoming Eating Challenges Post-Treatment
Discover ways to navigate common challenges with eating after treatment, including managing emotional eating, maintaining a healthy weight, handling fatigue, and addressing social pressures around food.
Week 4: Fuelling Your Future: Sustainable Lifestyle Habits
Wrap up the sessions by learning how to implement what you’ve learned in a sustainable way. This session will focus on setting achievable goals, staying accountable, and building better habits to support a healthier, balanced lifestyle.
