Bon Voyage to Adam and Little Wren! πŸš€πŸŒ

Competing in the prestigious @5.80 Globe Transat and the inaugural Mini Globe Race, Adam is taking on an epic challenge. Over the past two years, Adam poured his heart and soul into building Little Wren in his home shed. After successfully navigating very challenging seas from I  the first qualifying leg Portugal on December 27th to Lanzarote for Stage 1, he’s now taking on Stage 2: a gruelling 3,600 nautical mile solo Atlantic crossing to Antigua!

Although 10 of these tiny 5.80m yachts have over the last couple of years, braved 70kt winds and 5-6m seas in solo transatlantic crossings, this inaugural Mini Globe Race 2025 will be their ultimate test—a world-first circumnavigation challenge.

This journey is not just about endurance; it’s a testament to human resilience, ingenuity, and skill. Building a boat from scratch, navigating trials, and making it to the start line is already an incredible achievement, but the toughest challenges are still ahead. πŸ’ͺ

Adam is generously using his journey to raise funds and awareness for the Ella Dawson Foundation
