It’s been a busy few weeks for the Ella Dawson Foundation, with the team travelling across the country to raise awareness and champion the needs of young people affected by cancer. Last week, the Foundation proudly took part in the Big Cancer 52 Conference in London.

Standing alongside Teenage Cancer Trust and Young Lives vs Cancer, the Foundation represented the voices of teenagers and young adults in discussions shaping the future of cancer care in the UK.

The day focused on important topics such as the Rare Cancers Bill, the National Cancer Plan, and the vital role of the patient voice in influencing policy and research. The event brought together a passionate community of individuals and organisations all working to raise the profile of rare and less common cancers and to drive meaningful change.

The Ella Dawson Foundation was proud to be part of this important gathering and extends thanks to Cancer52 for hosting the event and creating a platform for collaboration and progress.
